This is one of millions that really stand alone. I’ve been reading the views, and this chair has plenty of cushions and it’s very comfortable. I am a very tall guy, and it fits me very well. The leg rest is perfect, the back support is extraordinary, phenomenal. Plenty of room for the hips. Perfect head rest and I love the pillow that comes with the chair. It’s easy to assemble took approximately 45. I’m happy with the quality of the chair, it does not look cheap and does have a very rich feel.

Needed a chair that was more comfortable and this one is definitely comfortable once broken in a bit. The footstool is great for people like me who still sit criss cross (even at 30 years old lol). However I’ll mention that my feet can’t sit flat on the floor, this chair doesn’t go very low. I’m 5 foot 6 inches for reference. Doesn’t necessarily bother me, but others might have an issue with that.
I don’t use the pillow in the chair, so I can’t speak on that.
Assembly would have been fairly straightforward if one of the holes wasn’t messed up. Husband had to get his drill out and do some work in order to get the screw in. Altogether about 30-45 minutes to put together. Took off a star for that as it was a little frustrating.
Overall I would recommend getting this chair. It’s comfortable, looks great, and didn’t have a weird smell upon opening. I don’t hurt after sitting for a long period of time and I can lean my head back without it feeling “weird” (not really sure how to explain that feeling haha). Especially helpful that the arms are big enough that my huskies can’t stick their head in and beg for food.

My chair arrived in perfect shape with no defects and no missing parts. That’s not a given, so thanks.
It was quick and simple to put together. I put it together without the instructions, which made me feel smart.
I noticed right away that the metal frame was thick and heavy. As a stout guy, I was confident this would hold me comfortably even before trying it out. If you check chair sturdiness before sitting down, then you know what I mean. I’ve had it for about a month and there are no creaks, moans, or squeaks. I know I’m husky. I don’t need my chair to remind me every time I move.
The cushions are really nice except the seat bottom was not as soft as expected. It doesn’t bother me much, but it is noticeably less cushy. I’m a little portly, so maybe I’m just squashing it down with my density. My Apple Watch says I need to get up and walk around periodically anyway.
I also asked them to send the shorter gas cylinder and the bladed wheels and they were very helpful and I received them.
I really couldn’t ask for a better product at this price or a better buyer experience.

The chair is comfortable. The pillow really should have a strap with Velcro to hold the pillow to the top for a head rest if you don’t want to use it for lumber support.
This chair is easy to put together. Instructions were simple and easy. If you’ve don’t Ikea you can do this. I used the box to put the 2nd part of the chair assembly together since it’s kinda of awkward.
I would highly recommend immediately ordering the shorter cylinder for the height. I did put it together to see if I was ok without the shorter stance and it was okay at first but after 5 hours my neck and shoulders started hurting due to the difference in my desk and chair height. I sent an email to the company efomao at efomao com and within 4 days I had the replacement, for free and free shipping. Excellent service. I would recommend to Efomao to just put this in as the default size. However, I don’t know the statistics of how many orders the shorter cylinder vs overall purchases.
If you find yourself doing the same thing I did, and tested it out first instead of waiting for your new cylinder to arrive, the best tool to have is a set of adjustable channel locks and a rubber mallet. This will help remove the wheel assembly from the old cylinder, then you use the channel locks as leverage, with the mallet hitting the channel locks handle while you grip the cylinder, to pop it out of the chair.
Overall, this chair is great for it’s price. I’ve sat in racing (Gamer) chairs and I’m just old fashioned with my executive chair feeling. I like to relax on pillows while I work or game. Not that all gamer chairs are bad, they just don’t hit the spot. The only thing I need this chair to do now is last as long or longer than my last executive chair. If it does, I’ll be buying years to come.
